“The study portion of Smart Serve was excellent. The interactive platform and corresponding videos made the learning process fun. It was easy to remain focused. I used the voice option, so I heard everything I was reading. I feel that helped my retention of the information. The exam portion was straight forward, and the results were provided quickly.”

“I took the course over a few days. It was easy to follow and the videos made it fun and interesting. I feel like I now really understand the process of safely serving drinks. I took the test and passed on my first attempt! I was a volunteer at the Ottawa Bluesfest beer tents this summer, and now I hope to find other jobs where I can serve drinks.”

The modules are laid out in a way that is conducive to learning the rules, regulations and protocols. And it should be accessible to anyone with a laptop, desktop, iPad, cellphone.
