How do I edit my account information?

Changes to your account can only be made by Smart Serve Ontario representatives. You may either email (info@smartserve.ca) or call the office during business hours to resolve this issue.

How do I change my password?

Forgotten passwords can be retrieved by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the Registration/Log-in page.

How do I change my email address?

If you no longer have access to your old email, please create a new account with your updated contact information and current email address.  Be sure to call our office once the account is created so that we can link your existing certificate information into your new account.

Where do I find my certificate number in my online account?

Certificate numbers can be retrieved from the home page under the “View Your Account” section.

Where do I find a copy of my receipt?

Receipts can be retrieved by scrolling down to your “order history” and clicking on the invoice number.  It will bring up a view of the invoice and you can also email yourself another copy by inputting your email address in the box provided and selecting “email”.

Can I print my certificate from my online account?

No. At this time we do not offer a printable version of the certificate.
