To order a Replacement Card, please select Login/Register*, login to your account**, select “order now” from the Lost Card bucket, and follow the prompts to attach the documents to submit the account validation request. You will be notified by email once the account has been validated and you will then be able to proceed with the purchase.
Trouble Logging In?
* You must first Register for an online account if you:
- completed the online training before April 2011 or,
- took the in-class training and wrote the paper-based test
**If you have an active online account but cannot Login, please reset your password.
To update your password:
- Click ‘Login’
- Type your email address in the username field
- Select ‘forgot password’ and follow the email instructions to reset your password
