Online Proctoring

Proctored exams are overseen by an impartial individual (called a proctor) who monitors or supervises a student while he or she is taking an exam – available 24/7

You will need the following system requirements to complete the exam:

  • a desktop or a laptop computer
  • a working webcam
  • a stable internet connection (115kb/s)
  • Flash Player 11 or higher

The Process

When you reach the certification exam in the online training, you will be prompted to:

Step 1:

Follow a link to Exam Proctor Portal. From here you can test your system and connect to your exam proctor.

Step 2:

Install the proctoring software. The applet will run while connected to your proctor and remove itself when the proctoring is complete.

Step 3:

Connect to a proctor. You will be connected to your proctor through webcam and screen sharing.

Step 4:

Present Photo Identification. Must be government issued ID or Student Card. (Health cards are not accepted.)
