
Replacement Cards
Anyone who successfully completed the Smart Serve Training Program can view their certificate number or purchase a replacement card online.
Trouble Logging In?
* You must first Register for an online account if you:
- completed the online training before April 2011 or,
- took the in-class training and wrote the paper-based test
**If you have an active online account but cannot Login, please reset your password.
To update your password:
- Click 'Login'
- Type your email address in the username field
- Select 'forgot password' and follow the email instructions to reset your password
